Gene replaced the old galvanized steel pipes in our older home. As frequently happens in older homes, problems arose with pipe access on the second floor. Gene altered his plan and was able to successfully install the new pex tubing. His workmanship is excellent, he stayed until the job was done, he was proficient, and courteous. The finished product is an excellent value for our expenditures. He is back today to fix a different problem and I would call him again for any other plumbing problem.

Came over the next day, provided a thorough evaluation of problems, gave me an on the spot written bid that was very reasonable. Then he was able to do all of the work in that same day!! I was very impressed with his courtesy, his professional attitude and his ability to work so efficiently. He was also able to locate the parts needed for the job at reasonable prices (and that was a bit of a challenge as this is an old house with odd sizes of everything). He put in a waterline for a new fridge, replaced the kitchen sink, replace a toilet, and replaced a large section of pipe! I would (and already have) recommend him to anyone seeking a plumber!

Gene Kasatkin is a freindly, patient service provider. I had purchased a sink that did not fit, he happily said lets go find one that will. We sped off, secured the proper "drop-in" sink without a grumble or complaint. He is very considerate of the home environment. I live downtown in a high-rise with regulations he happily accommodated. And, I have hardwood floors in the kitchen as well. He took great care to protect the floors and cleaned up everytyhing once he completed the work. Called to repair the ever-flushing toilet, a dripping bathtub & outdoor faucets. Work was done flawlessly for a price I found very reasonable. Will use again if the need arises.

Gene was very thorough in his approach to the problem. He gave me the alternatives of a "quick fix" or a long-term solution, and allowed me to choose according to my budget. I chose the long-term solution (hydrojetting) and haven't been sorry. Gene worked quickly and efficiently, minimizing the inconvenience to me and my tenant. It was a pleasure to work with him.

Gene was here in a half hour and wrote up a fair estimate and gave me the numbers to call and check his license/bond info on the spot. We decided to call the others on the list provided but after finding out it might take a week or more we called him back and he came back and completed the work as promised in the same day! He was very professional in appearance and workmanship. He worked with us on his price to include a smaller item as a courtesy for the larger project. We will use him again. Thanks Gene!
